Benotti
A family builder since 2001, now seen at the level of the homes it builds.
The Brief
Benotti is a family business that has been building in Sydney since 2001. Director Matthew Martino runs it from Caringbah, and today the company develops and builds its own luxury homes, from the first plan to the last detail. a'Maré is the proof. It is three full floor homes above Elouera Beach in Cronulla, each with its own lift, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a private pool and a terrace that looks out to sea. None of that came through online. The Instagram feed was almost all one project, much of it the selling agents' posts. There was no LinkedIn page, no YouTube channel and no TikTok. The old website had stopped helping in search. That matters more for a developer than for most builders, because the people who fund a project, and the people who buy into one, look a company up before they ever call it. The business had twenty five years of work to show and nowhere that showed it.

How It Runs
We started with the record, not the design. Every project Benotti has delivered since 2001 went into one structured file with its scope, its year and its own photographs, including the hotels, campuses and data centre Matthew ran on site before Benotti. That file is why the rest of the job holds together. A page on the website, a page in the statement and a post on Instagram all draw on the same facts, so nothing has to be guessed or written twice.
The website opens on the line Benotti already used on the a'Maré hoarding, Boutique living. Bespoke design., over drone film of the finished homes. Below it sits the record, a timeline that runs from 2001 to today, then the four things the company does: development, construction, joint ventures and planning. Wood Lane in Cronulla and North Bondi come next as the homes in progress. Every photograph is their own work. There is no stock image anywhere on the site, because a buyer looking at a luxury home can tell in a second when a picture is not real.
The capability statement follows the website page for page, in the same order and with the same words. A funder reading the statement and a buyer reading the site meet the same company, described the same way. It runs to twenty seven pages, from the cover through the solutions and projects to the contact page, and it was built so Matthew can send it the day someone asks for it.
The brand guide went online at benotti.com.au/brand rather than into a PDF that gets lost in an inbox. It holds the mark, the colours, the type and the rules for using them, so a signwriter or a printer works from the same page as we do. The line type, a script for Boutique living. and a serif for Bespoke design., is set down there once and used the same way on every surface after it.
Seven social accounts were set up to match the site: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X and Threads, each with the same profile picture and the same cover. We shot at a'Maré to fill them with Benotti's own work, and the first film to go out was Matthew on site, talking about the job in his own words. Search and AI search sit under all of it, so the questions a buyer types lead back to pages Benotti owns.
Where It Landed
- benotti.com.au is live and leads with a'Maré, the homes coming next and the twenty five year record behind them, all in Benotti's own photographs.
- A twenty seven page capability statement and a public brand guide read the same as the site, so every document Matthew sends tells one story.
- Seven social accounts are set up, branded and running from one library of real work, with the shoot at a'Maré feeding the first months of posts.
- A family builder that was hard to find online now presents at the level of the homes it builds.
