Social Media

Every platform run properly, not just filled.

What it is.

Strategy, production and daily publishing across the platforms that matter to your buyers, with community management and reporting included.

Posting is the easy part. The work is having something worth posting every day, which is why social and content run as one engine rather than two.

What you get.

  • Platform strategy
  • Daily publishing
  • Community management
  • Profile and channel setup
  • Reporting

How an engagement runs.

  1. The account audit

We go through every profile you already have, the handles, the bios, the links, the pinned content and the last year of posts, then set access so the accounts sit in your name with us working inside them.

  2. The platform decision

Three platforms run properly beat seven run thinly. We pick the ones your buyers use, set the pillars each one carries, and write the first calendar so the argument is settled before a camera comes out.

  3. The library

A production day on your site, in the workshop or with your team, cut into vertical video, carousels and stills. One shoot feeds weeks of posting, which is why the calendar never falls back on stock.

  4. The publishing routine

Posts go out on schedule, comments and messages get answered, real enquiries are routed to your sales inbox, and the month closes with a report written against what came in and what brought it.

What arrives, and when.

The monthly calendar
Every post for the month ahead with the caption written and the creative attached, sent to you for approval before anything goes live.
Publishing
Posts go out on the agreed schedule across every connected platform, then get checked on the live feed so a broken crop or a dropped link is caught the same day.
The production day
A shoot on your site, in your workshop or with your team, cut into vertical video, carousels and stills that feed the next stretch of the calendar.
Community management
Comments, direct messages and tagged mentions are answered daily, and a genuine enquiry goes straight to whoever owns sales instead of sitting in an inbox.
The report
A written monthly report naming the enquiries social produced and the posts that produced them, with next month's plan attached to it.

Questions we get asked.

Who actually runs the account day to day?

One in-house team, and the same people every month. The person writing your captions sits next to the editor cutting your footage, so a reply in the comments comes from someone who already knows what you sell and how you talk about it. Nothing gets handed to an outside supplier to fill a gap in the calendar.

Do we own the profiles and the content?

Yes, from day one. Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube are registered in your business name with your email as the owner, and we work inside them on delegated access you can revoke whenever you want. Raw footage, edited cuts, captions, templates and the calendar sit in a drive you control. Nothing that matters lives behind our login.

What happens in the first month?

We audit what already exists, then we build the library. Handles, bios, links and cover assets get fixed, the platforms and content pillars are agreed, and a production day banks real footage of your team and the sites you work on. The calendar is written and approved before a single post publishes.

How is it measured?

On enquiries first and reach second. Tracking is wired so a form, a call or a direct message that started on social can be traced back to the post and the platform that earned it, and the monthly report is written against that. Followers and impressions are in there too, sitting under the numbers that pay you.

What happens if we stop?

You keep all of it. The accounts stay in your name because they were never in ours, and the content library, the calendar and the brand rules stay in the drive you own. We write a handover covering how each platform gets posted, what sits in the schedule and where every asset lives, so whoever picks it up can keep going.

Which platforms, and is it the same post everywhere?

The ones your buyers actually use, usually Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook, with TikTok and YouTube added where the audience is already there. A commercial fit-out contractor and a skincare brand get a different mix. One shoot feeds every channel, but the cut, the caption and the posting time are built for each platform rather than copied across.
