Ignis Partners Pty Ltd (ABN 46 697 541 236), trading as Ignis, is a marketing firm based in Sydney, Australia. We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Questions about this policy go to us@ignis.au.

From this website, only what you type into the enquiry form: your first and last name, your email address, and optionally your phone number, your website and what you want to grow. Nothing else on the site asks you for information.

From working with you, the information a marketing engagement needs: contact details for the people we deal with, the brief, the material you give us, and the performance data from the accounts we run in your name.

We do not collect payment card details on this website, and we do not ask for government identifiers.

Enquiry details are used to reply to you and to scope the work. If we do not end up working together, we keep the enquiry so we know we have already spoken, and for no other purpose.

Client information is used to run the engagement: to make the work, to buy media in your accounts, and to report on it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share your list, your data or your results with another client.

This website is hosted on Vercel, and enquiries are delivered to us by email or to our own systems. Where a supplier processes information for us, they are bound to use it only for the service they provide.

Advertising and analytics platforms hold data inside the accounts we run for a client. Those accounts are in the client's name, and their terms apply to the data in them.

We disclose personal information outside this only where the law requires it.

This website sets no advertising cookies and runs no third party tracking script. There is nothing here to opt out of.

Client websites we build are a different matter. Where one carries analytics or an advertising pixel, it is disclosed in that site's own policy, which the client owns.

Our records are held in cloud services, some of which store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union. We take reasonable steps to ensure any overseas recipient handles personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Enquiries are kept while they are still relevant to a conversation we might have. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement and then for as long as tax and corporations law requires. After that they are deleted.

Access is limited to the people who need it to do the work. Accounts carry multi-factor authentication, credentials are held in a password manager rather than in documents or messages, and access is removed when someone stops working on your account.

Email us@ignis.au to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within 30 days. If we cannot give you access, we will tell you why in writing.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle a privacy complaint, you can take it to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

When this policy changes, the version on this page changes with it. The date below is the date of the current version.
