These terms apply to your use of this website. The work itself is governed by the service agreement signed for each engagement, which sets the scope, the fees and the deliverables. Where the two differ, the service agreement wins.

Everything on this site describes what we do. It is not an offer, a quote, or a commitment to any particular outcome. Sending the enquiry form starts a conversation, it does not create an agreement, and neither of us is bound until a service agreement is signed.

We keep this site accurate and update it when the work changes. Every figure published here is a portfolio average across our client accounts, and every case study describes work we actually did.

Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. Every business starts from a different position, in a different market, with a different offer, and what we can do for one says nothing certain about the next.

The copy, design, code, photography and video on this site belong to Ignis Partners Pty Ltd unless credited otherwise. Client names, logos and trade marks belong to those clients and appear here with their permission. Do not republish any of it without asking us first.

Work we make for a client is a separate matter and belongs to that client. Ad accounts, domains, profiles and files are in their name from day one and stay theirs whether we keep working together or not.

This site links to client websites and to the social platforms we publish on. Those are run by other people and we are not responsible for what is on them.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, and we do not warrant that it will be available without interruption or free of error.

We update these terms when the site or the business changes. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date below tells you when it was last reviewed.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and both of us submit to the courts of that state.
