Websites

Websites that carry the standard of the business behind them.

What it is.

We design and build the website, write it, photograph it and ship it. Every build is custom. Nothing is assembled from a template, because a template is the fastest way to look like everyone else in your category.

Search and AI search infrastructure is built in from the first day rather than added later, and the build is maintained by us, so the business never has to chase a developer to change a line.

What you get.

  • Design and build
  • Copywriting
  • Photography and film direction
  • Search and AI search infrastructure
  • Hosting, analytics and handover

How an engagement runs.

  1. The material

Completed projects, site photography, the people and the real scope of what you sell. We interview whoever answers buyer questions all day and pull it into one source, because nothing on the site gets invented.

  2. Structure and words

A sitemap and a full copy deck, page by page, built around what buyers search for and ask about. You approve the words before anyone opens a design file, so design solves a real page instead of filling an empty one.

  3. Design and build

Key templates designed first, then the rest built to match on a custom Next.js front end, with structured data, AI search infrastructure and tracking wired in as the pages are made rather than bolted on afterwards.

  4. Launch and upkeep

We launch into your own hosting, domain and analytics accounts, off a staging link you've already signed off. After that we keep it current, adding new projects, new services and new pages as the business changes.

What arrives, and when.

Sitemap and copy deck
Both land before any design work starts, page by page, and nothing gets designed until you have signed them off.
Key template designs
You see the home page, a service page and a project page designed in full before the rest of the site is built to match.
A staging link
A private preview URL, refreshed as each section lands, so you review the real site in a browser rather than a flat picture of it.
Photography and film files
Shoot selects first, then the graded finals, delivered as files you keep and can use anywhere else the business needs them.
Search and enquiry reporting
A monthly written report on rankings, enquiries and page performance, alongside what we changed and what's queued next.

Questions we get asked.

Who owns the site, the domain and the code?

You do, from day one. The domain, the hosting account, the GitHub repository, the analytics property and Search Console are all registered in your name, and we work inside your accounts rather than ours. There's nothing to hand over at the end and no licence to keep renewing, because none of it ever sat on our side.

Who actually does the work?

The same in-house team that designs the site writes it, directs the photography and ships the build. Nothing is subcontracted, so the person who sat in your first conversation is the person choosing the words on your services page. You deal directly with the people making the thing, and you can ask any of them why a decision was made.

What does the start of a build actually involve?

Gathering, not designing. We collect the real material: completed projects, site photography, the people, the true scope of what you sell, and the questions your sales team answers on the phone every week. The sitemap and the copy deck come out of that material, and you approve both before a single page is designed.

How is the website measured?

Google Analytics, Search Console and enquiry tracking are wired in before launch, with events named against the actions that matter to the business: a phone enquiry, a quote request, a specification download. Reporting is then written against what those actions turned into, so you can see which pages and which search terms produced work rather than which ones produced traffic.

What happens if we stop working with you?

The site keeps running. It sits in your hosting account under your domain, the code is in your GitHub repository, and every image and word is yours. We hand over documentation on how it's built and how to update it. It's a standard Next.js codebase on Vercel, so another developer can pick it up and run it without a rewrite.

Can our team update it, or does everything come through you?

Both, split deliberately. Editable areas are set up for the parts that change often, projects, team, articles and service detail, and those are yours to update whenever you like. Structural changes, new page types and anything affecting layout come to us, because a site loses its standard fastest when every element becomes editable by everyone.
